Finally found the perfect tartan fabric that wasn't flannel. Soft, smooth texture with a bright, true red color. Just the perfect weight, not too light or heavy. Would drape well. Frays slightly when cutting, but not a problem by any means. Easy to order and prompt shipping. Highly recommend this quality fabric.
