Color Waves

Not sure about the color? We highly recommend ordering a sample swatch first to see the color and fabric in person. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lots. Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy and are subject to applicable restocking fees.

Dye Lot Variations

A Note About Dye Lots  Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Piece and/or Splits

Full Pieces & Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Frequently asked questions

What makes Wendy a 'bridal' sequin lace?
The motif and the finish. Wendy is an embossed embroidered flower sequin sewn onto a mesh polyester backing — floral, metallic, with the sequins sewn on flat for a smooth texture. That flat-smooth finish is the bridal credential: it won't snag veils, linings, or other fabrics, and it sews cleanly into gowns and overlays. It's 54" wide, about 6 oz per linear yard, sheer. Silver is the headline colorway. For wedding work, flat-sewn is the practical luxury — all the shimmer, none of the scratch.
Dry clean only — can a wedding dress made from this be preserved?
Yes — dry clean only is actually the preservation-friendly care. Wendy is dry clean only (do not machine wash), which aligns with how wedding gowns are professionally preserved anyway. The flat-sewn sequin embroidery on mesh (6 oz per linear yard) handles professional cleaning well — it's machine agitation that's the enemy, not solvents. After the wedding, have it cleaned promptly (sweat and champagne wait for no one) and boxed by a gown preservationist; the polyester and sequins store indefinitely.
Smooth flat texture — does that mean less sparkle?
Less aggressive sparkle, more refined shimmer. Wendy's sequins are sewn on flat rather than cupped or hanging, so they catch light as an even glow instead of individual flashes — the listing notes the smooth flat texture specifically enables tablecloth and linen manufacturing (flat sequins don't catch and tear neighboring linens in storage). For bridal, that restraint is the point: it photographs as luminous rather than disco. If you want maximum flash per sequin, look at cupped or hanging styles instead.
