What does 'bark' mean — is it like tree bark?

It's a texture description — bark taffeta (also called zig zag taffeta) has a crinkled, textured surface reminiscent of bark, unlike smooth taffeta. It's 100% polyester, non-stretch, 190T, in plenty of colors. The texture gives it visual interest and hides wrinkles far better than smooth taffeta — which is why it's popular for event tablecloths and overlays (wrinkles disappear into the texture). Machine washable. Honest tradeoff: the texture means it doesn't press crisply — but for a fabric whose selling point is texture, that's the deal.

The title says 60 inches but the description says 57/58 — which is it?

Fair catch — the title lists 60 inches wide while the description specifies 57/58 inches. We'd plan on 57/58 inches of usable fabric (descriptions usually reflect the measured goods; titles get rounded). For tablecloths and overlays, that inch or two matters at scale — run your yardage math on 57 inches to be safe. It's 100% polyester bark taffeta at 190T, non-stretch, machine washable, in plenty of colors. If exact width is critical for a large order, confirm before buying.
