Crush Bichon also known as Crush Charmeuse Satin is a light to medium weight satin crushed all over. This fabric is great for the apparel industry and Event industry - specifically for tablecloths. Silky Crush Satin makes great for Apparel, Clothing, Costume wear, Scrunchies, and Hair products.

Product Texture	This fabric is a silky soft Crushed all over satin.
Cleaning Instructions	100% Polyester Washable - Machine Cycle Cold or Warm, Low Tumble, Dry under low temperatures.
Picture Taken	Picture is taken with and/or without flash depending on the color. If you are very particular about the color tone - please order a sample swatch to avoid any issues.

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Will the crushed texture flatten over time?

The crush is set into the fabric, not pressed in as an afterthought — but heat is its enemy. This Silky Crush Satin (Crush Bichon / Crush Charmeuse) is crushed all over at about 75 denier in a light-to-medium weight, and the texture survives normal wear and gentle washing. What flattens it: hot ironing and high-heat drying. Wash cold or warm, low tumble or hang dry, and never iron it flat — the whole point is the texture. For scrunchies, tablecloths, and costumes, the crush also hides wrinkles beautifully.

Is 54 inches wide enough for tablecloths?

For standard tables, yes. This Silky Crush Satin is 54 inches wide — enough to cover a typical round or rectangular table with a modest drop, which is why the event industry uses crush satin heavily for tablecloths. For floor-length drops on large rounds you'd seam widths or choose wider goods. The crushed texture is forgiving: it hides seaming, wrinkles, and the odd stain far better than flat satin, which is exactly why it's an event staple.
