Color Waves

Not sure about the color? We highly recommend ordering a sample swatch first to see the color and fabric in person. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lots. Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy and are subject to applicable restocking fees.

Dye Lot Variations

A Note About Dye Lots  Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Piece and/or Splits

Full Pieces & Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Works great for my overcoat for the Jesus costume that i make. I wish it was a little more pliable but it is way better than actual burlap. Sews nicely and irons well.

Frequently asked questions

IFR certified — do I need that for a wedding venue?
If the venue asks, yes — and many do. This rustic (imitation) linen is inherently flame retardant, NFPA 701 certified, with the certificate available upon request. Fire marshals and venues require documented FR for draping, tablecloths, and decor at public events. Because it's inherent (not sprayed on), it won't wash out — and it's 100% polyester, machine washable, unlike real linen. Our advice: ask your venue now whether they require FR documentation; if they do, this fabric plus the certificate ends the conversation.
Faux linen vs real linen for a rustic wedding — will guests notice?
From table distance, no. This 100% polyester imitation duplicates the look and feel of a linen stitch, and the listing notes it's valued for 'consistency after washing' — every tablecloth comes out of the laundry looking the same, which real linen never does. Real linen wrinkles characterfully and costs multiples more. The honest tradeoff: up close, polyester doesn't have linen's natural slubs and breathability — but for pipe-and-drape, tablecloths, and linens viewed from feet away, the faux is the event industry's standard for a reason.
Real burlap sheds everywhere — does this?
No — and that's a headline advantage. Real jute burlap sheds fibers constantly (on tables, on clothes, on food — a real issue for dining events). This is 100% polyester woven to look like a rustic linen/burlap texture, so there's no shedding, no scratchiness, and it's machine washable. You get the rustic visual without the rustic cleanup. For tablecloths especially, non-shedding is non-negotiable — nobody wants fibers in the food.
