A Note About Dye Lots Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Piece and/or Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Is this real linen?

It's a blend — 70% polyester, 30% linen — and that's deliberate. This Luxe Linen gives you linen's texture and breathability with polyester's wrinkle resistance, stain resistance, and durability, at a lower price than pure linen. Pure linen wrinkles if you look at it; this blend holds up with minimal upkeep. The tradeoff: it won't soften and patina over decades the way 100% linen does, and it doesn't have that crisp pure-linen hand.

Can it handle high-traffic use like upholstery or tablecloths?

That's exactly what the weight is for. At 420 GSM this is a medium-heavyweight fabric — substantial, with real structure — and the stain and water resistance make it practical for upholstery, tablecloths, and everyday apparel like skirts and jackets. The 60-inch width works for all three. We'd still blot spills fast rather than testing the stain resistance as a challenge, but for a linen-look fabric, this is the durable end of the range.
