Dye Lot Variations

A Note About Dye Lots  Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Piece and/or Splits

Full Pieces & Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Contempo pattern look like?
Modern circles with metallic. Contempo is a contemporary circle-pattern jacquard with metallic circles woven into the fabric — geometric and current, not traditional damask. It's 58/60" wide, about 200 GSM with a soft-to-medium hand, 100% polyester, machine washable. The metallic is woven in (not printed on top), so it won't flake. For clients who want jacquard's texture without the traditional motifs, this is the modern answer — it works for tablecloths, drapery, pillows, and event linens where the pattern needs to feel current.
Woven metallic vs printed metallic — why does it matter?
Durability. Contempo's metallic circles are woven into the jacquard structure — they're part of the fabric, not sitting on top of it. That means they survive machine washing (cold or warm, low tumble), abrasion, and sun far better than printed or foiled metallics, which crack and flake. At 200 GSM it's a solid medium-weight goods. The tradeoff: woven metallics have a softer glow than the mirror flash of foils — refined rather than blingy. For rental linens washed constantly, woven is the only sane choice.
Is this too modern to mix with traditional decor?
It's a mixer, not a matcher. The circle-contemporary pattern on this 58/60" jacquard is geometric enough to sit comfortably alongside modern furniture, and neutral enough in structure to bridge traditional rooms — geometric patterns are the diplomats of decor. Our honest take: use it where you want one contemporary note (pillows on a traditional sofa, a modern tablecloth under classic centerpieces). Full-room contemporary in a traditional house fights the architecture; accents don't.
