Description

1" Stripe Satin Fabric printed on a L'amour Satin Fabric. Lamour Satin is a Semi Dull Heavy Satin. Fabric is printed in Korea. Make for a great tablecloths, overlay and sash for the event industry. Some prints can be used for costumes and or cosplay outfits. Great for Apparel patterns and designs.

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Frequently asked questions

Will the 1-inch stripes line up across seams on a wide tablecloth?

They will if you match them when cutting — the stripes are printed at a consistent 1" width on 58/60" wide L'amour satin. The practical move: lay your panels side by side and align the stripe edges before cutting, adding a little extra yardage for matching. Honest caveat on printed stripes: prints can drift slightly off-grain during manufacturing, so check the stripe against the fabric edge on your swatch — if it runs true, your seams will too.

What's L'amour satin — is it shiny like prom-dress satin?

No — L'amour is a semi-dull, heavy satin (130 grams per square yard), which is exactly why event planners love it. Unlike high-shine charmeuse that blows out under camera flash, this semi-dull finish photographs evenly and looks expensive without the glare. It's 100% polyester, machine washable cold or warm with low tumble, though dry cleaning is suggested to preserve longevity. The tradeoff: if you want mirror-shine drama, this isn't it — it's the sophisticated matte-sheen workhorse of the satin family.

Does 'printed in Korea' mean the print quality is better?

Korean printing has a strong reputation in the fabric trade for sharp registration and colorfastness, and this 1" stripe is printed in Korea on the L'amour base. In practical terms: expect crisp stripe edges and color that holds through washing (machine wash cold or warm; dry cleaning suggested for maximum longevity). We'd still say order the swatch — the listing comes in 3 colors and warns that photos with and without flash read differently, so confirm the tone in your own light.
