Description

Faux Luxe Burlap is a 100% Polyester Washable Imitation Burlap. Made of 100% Polyester but looks and feels just like the Jute Natural Fabric and Color. This Burlap is well used in the event industry for its reusable application. Great for party rentals and event planners. Also used in the home to create accents and home decor items.

Cleaning Instructions	100% Polyester Washable - Machine Cycle Cold or Warm, Low Tumble, Dry under low temperatures.
Picture Taken	Picture is taken with and/or without flash depending on the color. If you are very particular about the color tone - please order a sample swatch to avoid any issues.

not close to color pictured

not close to color pictured.....more taupe....very shiny and cheap looking and feels limp and slippery.....subpar Chinese import, not a quality fabric.

Shiny

The fabric had more of a shine than i expected ..even though I had a sample, however it made a beautiful daybed cover.

I loved it but trying to see if I could make slipcovers. Don't know if it's strong enough
