Color Waves

Not sure about the color? We highly recommend ordering a sample swatch first to see the color and fabric in person. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lots. Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy and are subject to applicable restocking fees.

Dye Lot Variations

A Note About Dye Lots  Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Piece and/or Splits

Full Pieces & Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Part of an order that was never received. Checked with neighbors, building manager, and local mailing carriers. The consensus was that the package was misdelivered. A package can be delivered in the correct zip code but delivered to the wrong person. Told the seller this repeatedly, and the seller refused to resolve the matter in any way. Used to enjoy purchasing from here but am now unlikely to.

Will you ever carry heavyweight interfacing like that medium weight?

My Textile Fabric

Frequently asked questions

Which side of this fusing is the glue side?
The listing describes a 100% polyester fusible with a non-woven glue — one side is the fabric face, the other carries the adhesive. The standard test: the glue side feels slightly rough or bumpy to the touch and has a subtle sheen. Fuse it glue-side-down onto your fashion fabric with an iron, press, or strong steam. This is a medium-weight interfacing at about 85 GSM (roughly 2.5 oz per yard), 58/60 inches wide, in black and white. Honest note straight from the listing: it's 'not very soft and tears easily' — handle it gently before fusing; once fused, the garment fabric carries it.
Can I use this fusible interfacing on knit fabrics?
We wouldn't recommend it. This is a woven (non-stretch) fusible interfacing made to glue onto woven fabrics — fusing a non-stretch interfacing to a stretch knit kills the stretch and can bubble or peel with wear. For knits, you want a fusible tricot (knit) interfacing that moves with the fabric. This medium-weight 85 GSM fusing is right for shirt collars, cuffs, waistbands, and bag linings in woven fabrics. Match the interfacing to the fabric type — that's the rule that prevents peeling disasters.
