Our 100% Polyester Velboa Faux Fur Fabric is 60" wide. We currently stock 3 patterns in this washable Faux Fur Fabric. White Black Cow Velboa. White Black Zebra Velboa. Gold Leopard Velboa. All designs weigh 280 GSM. This fabric is great for blankets, costumes, designs, patterns and fun for the holidays. Option to purchase a swatch and fabric by the yard on the same page.

Cleaning Instructions	100% Polyester Washable - Machine Cycle Cold or Warm, Low Tumble, Dry under low temperatures.
Picture Taken	Picture is taken with and/or without flash depending on the color. If you are very particular about the color tone - please order a sample swatch to avoid any issues.
Fabric Weight	Approximately 280 grams per Square Meter. Fabric has a very soft and silky hand texture with a medium weight body.

Some fabric rolls come straight from our mill unpackaged and untouched but will have a few splits in the rolls. We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Does this cow print faux fur have any stretch? Listing doesn't say, so I'm guessing not... but looking for some sturdy cow material with some stretch! 2 way is fine.

How long is the pile — is this a shaggy fur?

No, this is a short-pile fur. Velboa is a dense, low-pile faux fur — think plush toy or blanket texture, not a 2-inch shag. At 280 GSM and 60 inches wide, this 100% polyester Velboa has a very soft, silky hand with a medium-weight body that sews easily and doesn't shed like long furs. Choose it when you want the animal print — cow, zebra, or gold leopard — without the bulk and shedding of a long pile.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes — and that's a real advantage over most faux furs. This Velboa is 100% polyester and machine washable on cold or warm with a low tumble dry, which makes it practical for blankets, kids' costumes, and holiday projects that will actually get used. Long-pile furs usually demand dry cleaning; this short pile doesn't. Wash it alone the first time so loose fibers don't migrate to your other laundry.
