Inherently Fire Retardant (IFR):

This fabric is Certified fire retardant NFPA 701. Tested and reviewed by Laboratories for Indoor Flame Retardancy. Fire Marshalls and or special jobs require certified fire retardant documents for approval before installation and or product development. This item passes the NFPA 701 testing. Some venues at events may also require this certification for event and or decorations. NFPA 701 Certificate available upon request.

Scuba Double Knit is a non wrinkle knit item made with a double knit weave. Scuba is a 100% Polyester but also has a mechanic stretch to it. This fabric is perfect for skirts, dresses and jackets because of its stable and structured quality. This fabric is also used in the Event Industry for its non wrinkle semi mechanic stretch for pipe n draping rooms. It is also great for covering truss structures and stone covers for tents.
Cleaning Instructions
100% Polyester Washable - Machine Cycle Cold or Warm, Low Tumble, Dry under low temperatures.

We strive to give one full piece cut orders. At times our rolls end and or full pcs are not available and splits may occur. Some fabric rolls come straight from our mill unpackaged and untouched but will have a few splits in the rolls. We do not guarantee one full pieces - if this is an issue - please contact our reps prior to purchasing

Scuba double knit

I am using this for embroidery to do trapunto look alike on the embroidery machine. It looks great so far. The fabric is soft, has body and drapes well. I think it would be excellent for garments as well. It shipped out quickly and arrived well before it should. Thanks. I love it and would definitely purchase again.

Hi Jen, Scuba blocks out about 70 to 80% of the light. its not a COMPLETE blackout
