Luxury Organza is a Sheer patterned embroidery. Fabric is 100% organza with a sheer background and a ribbon embroidery sewn onto the fabric. Although this fabric is sheer - the embroidery portion is not. Great for party decorators to manufacture overlays with. Also a fun item for the Apparel and Arts and Craft industry.

Cleaning Instructions	Fabric is Dry Clean Only. Do not wash and or machine wash this item.
Picture Taken	Left side of the picture is taken with the fabric piled together to give the true impression of the color of the fabric. The right portion of the fabric is taken as a single layer of the Applique organza over a white polyester. Fabric is sheer and taken with or without flash to give the customer an idea of tone of color. - Please order a sample swatch to avoid any issues.

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Why is Luxury Organza dry clean only when other organzas are machine washable?

It's the ribbon embroidery. Luxury Organza has a ribbon-style embroidery sewn onto a sheer 100% organza background, and machine agitation frays and curls ribbon edges in a way it doesn't with standard thread embroidery. The listing is explicit: dry clean only, do not machine wash. Honest budgeting advice: factor dry cleaning into the project cost before you buy 15 yards for overlays — the ribbon work is gorgeous, but it's high-maintenance by design.

The product photo shows two different looks — which color will I actually get?

Both photos are the same fabric. The listing explains it: the left side of the photo shows Luxury Organza piled together for the true color impression, and the right side shows a single sheer layer over white polyester. A single layer of this sheer will always look lighter and more washed out than the piled fabric. If you're particular about tone — and with a sheer, you should be — order a sample swatch and look at it both flat and bunched before you commit.

Is the embroidered part of Luxury Organza sheer too?

No — and that's the design feature. The background is a sheer organza, but the ribbon embroidery portion is not sheer, so you get solid ribbon motifs floating on transparency. That contrast is why event decorators buy it for overlays: the embroidery reads as a pattern from across the room while the sheer ground melts into the base cloth. Just remember the tradeoff — the solid embroidered areas are also the parts that demand dry cleaning.
