Our Sherpa Fleece Fabric is an ultra-soft, plush textile engineered for maximum warmth and comfort. With its thick faux-shearling pile and cloud-like hand feel, this 360gsm high-loft fleece delivers excellent insulation while staying breathable and lightweight. Perfect for jackets, hoodies, blankets, throws, linings, pet accessories, and home décor, it maintains its luxurious softness through repeated wear and washing.

Ideal for cold-weather apparel, loungewear, costumes, and comfort-focused projects, this durable 100% polyester fabric is a go-to choice for designers, DIYers, and manufacturers. A Note About Dye Lots  Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Pieces & Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.
