Color Waves

Not sure about the color? We highly recommend ordering a sample swatch first to see the color and fabric in person. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lots. Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy and are subject to applicable restocking fees.

Dye Lot Variations

A Note About Dye Lots  Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Piece and/or Splits

Full Pieces & Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Frequently asked questions

What makes this the 'heavy' eyelet?
The embroidery density and weight. At about 5.5 oz per linear yard, this heavy cotton eyelet (65% polyester / 35% cotton) carries noticeably more embroidery than the standard 4.5 oz eyelets — denser stitching, more substantial hand. It's 45" wide with double-sided scalloped edges (both ends finished). The tradeoff of heavy embroidery: richer look and better coverage, but stiffer drape and slower sewing — dense embroidery dulls needles faster, so use fresh sharps. For statement summer garments, the weight earns its keep.
How do I use the double-sided scallops in a garment?
Design around them — they're the feature. Both ends of this 45" wide eyelet have finished scalloped edges, so the classic move is orienting the scallops as your hemline (skirts, dresses, curtains) with zero hemming needed. You can also center a panel and use both scallops as decorative vertical borders. The constraint: you're designing to 45" widths, so plan pattern pieces around the scallop placement before cutting. For pillow covers and sheet accents (listed uses), the scallop is instant trim.
Heavy embroidery + machine wash — will it hold up?
Yes. This is a 65% polyester / 35% cotton eyelet, machine washable cold or warm with low tumble, and the dense embroidery is stitched through the base — washing doesn't loosen it. The polyester content keeps shrinkage minimal (pure cotton eyelets can shrink noticeably). We'd wash in a garment bag if it's a finished garment with the scalloped edges exposed, just to prevent snagging. Made in Thailand, it's a standard-quality heavy eyelet built for real use, not just display.
