60" Wide Natural Cotton Bleached Muslin composes of a 20x20/60x60 Construction. Fabric is Bleached White. Item is great for Quilt backing, Curtain liners, and Art projects. Because of its 100% Cotton Composition - Waxing with this item is ideal.

Cleaning Instructions	100% Cotton Washable - Machine Cycle Cold or Warm, Low Tumble, Dry under low temperatures.

Wonderful for summer

This fabric is opaque and I'm using it to sew summer fashions economically. I love it. The cutting from the roll left a lot to be desired, hopefully will have enough after pulling straight of grain thread

Bleached versus unbleached — which muslin do I need?

Bleached for white, unbleached for natural. This is true bleached-white 100% cotton muslin at 60 inches wide in a 20x20/60x60 construction, about 7 oz — for quilt backing, curtain liners, and art projects where white matters. Our unbleached muslin has a warm natural tone. The listing notes this bleached muslin is ideal for waxing (think waxed canvas projects) thanks to its 100% cotton composition.

Is it opaque enough for curtain liners?

At about 7 oz with a bold hand feel, yes for most liners. The 20x20/60x60 construction is a real, substantial weave — not gauzy. For blackout purposes you'd still need a dedicated blackout layer, but for privacy and light diffusion as a curtain liner, this weight does the job. Machine-washable, and cotton muslin only gets softer.
