We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

How is Cool Glass different from the other patriotic cotton prints?

The fabric is identical — 100% cotton, 100 GSM, 58/60 inches wide, machine washable, made for bandanas, shirts, and decor. The only difference across this whole patriotic family (I Love USA, White Star, Star Spangle, American Flag, Red Star, Cool Glass) is the artwork. Cool Glass is the casual, fun entry in the lineup. So choose purely on which design you like — there's no weight, width, or quality difference to weigh. If you're torn, we'd suggest swatches: all photos are taken without flash, and novelty prints always look slightly different in hand.

Is 100 GSM too thin for a bandana?

No — 100 GSM is right in the classic bandana weight range. It's light enough to fold and tie comfortably, substantial enough not to feel flimsy, and the 100% cotton breathes. At 58/60 inches wide, one yard yields multiple bandanas. The honest tradeoff: 100 GSM won't have the heavy, premium drape of a 130+ GSM cotton — but for bandanas, headbands, and summer shirts, lighter is actually better. Wash cold or warm, low tumble, and expect the usual cotton softening over time.
