Color Waves

Not sure about the color? We highly recommend ordering a sample swatch first to see the color and fabric in person. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lots. Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy and are subject to applicable restocking fees.

Dye Lot Variations

A Note About Dye Lots  Dye lots may vary slightly from order to order. As one fabric roll sells out and a new roll is opened, subtle color variations may occur. If matching a specific shade is important, we recommend ordering a sample swatch to view our current dye lot before placing your order.

Full Piece and/or Splits

Full Pieces & Splits

We always do our best to provide your order in one continuous piece whenever possible. However, as fabric rolls are completed or depending on how they arrive from the mill, an order may occasionally include more than one piece. Some mill-direct rolls may also contain splits within the roll.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee one continuous piece. If continuous yardage is important for your project, please contact our team before ordering so we can check availability for you.

Meh- stains on the fabric

I was really excited about the fabric I ordered, but mid project discovered stains. There was also a mark where the roll have been taped and there was a residue stain. So I had to be really careful with placement and couldn’t use all the fabric I bought.

Good fabric wrong color

Bought this fabric in “Night Plum 2x2 pintuck taffeta” When I received the fabric, it was not as depicted online. I asked for them to confirm if they sent the right fabric, and they were able to confirm that they did. When I pointed out that the online image was very different from what arrived, I got the expected response of “You should have gotten a swatch”. I did notice the same color in the 4 x4 size had the correct image. So, it did prove to me the color could be accurately depicted. So, I was disappointed when they could not offer me a solution. I did not ask for a refund or anything like that as the policy is essentially you get what you bought, but I sent them images of both listings showing the obvious color difference. I hope if the colors change on their products, they provide updated images. I know colors on screen are always different in person, but this was a completely different color. If the color I actually wanted no longer existed in that shade, they should have taken down the old image and replaced it with the image from the other listing.

Frequently asked questions

How big do the 2x2 diamonds actually look on a tablecloth?
Medium scale — each diamond measures 2 inches by 2 inches, so on a 120" round tablecloth you'll see roughly 40+ diamonds across the widest point. It's a classic event-industry scale: visible texture from across the room without overwhelming the table. The honest note: because the diamonds are a stitched pintuck (not a print), they add real dimension that catches light — prettier in person than in photos, but order a swatch since the listing warns colors shift with and without flash.
What does 210T mean, and is this taffeta heavy or light?
The 210T marks the thread count, and it puts this pintuck taffeta squarely in medium weight with a soft hand feel — crisp enough to hold the diamond pintucks, light enough to drape over a table without stiffness. It's 100% polyester, 54" wide, and machine washable (cold or warm, low tumble). The tradeoff of any taffeta: it wrinkles if you cram it into a bag, so steam tablecloths from the back side and they'll look crisp for the event.
Will the pintucks catch on my sewing machine's presser foot?
They can, yes. The raised 2"x2" pintuck ridges on this taffeta will bump under a standard presser foot, especially when you're crossing over them at an angle. Use a walking foot or a Teflon foot and sew slowly, and you'll be fine — the 100% polyester taffeta itself feeds smoothly. Plan your seams to run between pintuck rows where possible; cutting through a ridge leaves a bulkier seam that shows on tablecloths.
