Description

Inherently Fire Retardant (IFR):

This fabric is Certified fire retardant NFPA 701. Tested and reviewed by Laboratories for Indoor Flame Retardancy. Fire Marshalls and or special jobs require certified fire retardant documents for approval before installation and or product development. This item passes the NFPA 701 testing. Some venues at events may also require this certification for event and or decorations. NFPA 701 Certificate available upon request.

Panne Velvet is a textured crush velour fabric. Although 100% polyester - it has a mechanic stretch - allowing it to stretch two ways - this also allows the fabric to be a non wrinkle item. Great for costumes, clothing, and economic enough for arts and crafts. This fabric is a staple in the event industry for wall draping and pipe n draping because of its inherit non wrinkle body.

We strive to give one full piece cut orders. At times our rolls end and or full pcs are not available and splits may occur. Some fabric rolls come straight from our mill unpackaged and untouched but will have a few splits in the rolls. We do not guarantee one full pieces - if this is an issue - please contact our reps prior to purchasing

Super nice great quality

Was expecting softer, thicker

The shipping was so fast! Love that. Fabric though...It's my bad for getting the 2-way stretch thinking I was ordering 4-way. It likes to rip in the direction it doesn't stretch, as it's pretty flimsy. Where I used it in front of some screws, the metal shined right through. For the price though, it makes sense. The purple is also a lovely deep purple which I liked. Soft in one direction, not as good as the crushed velvet I'm used to.

The colors are beautiful but I didnt xpect it yo be stretchy.

Penna velvet

The penne velvet I bought from this company was exactly what I was looking for. I used to buy all of my fabric through Jo-Ann fabrics and this is comparable to their glitter bug Penna velvet

Panne velvet

I have no real feedback. I purchased this fabric to give to Navajo nation quilters to make traditional garments. Ill ask them if they are happy.

Nice costume velour

I used the fabric to make several dresses for Fiona for a local production of Shrek. The fabric has good stretch and recovery. It’s a little thin, but not so much that i needed to line the skirts. Nice color, looks great on stage.

Finally received my sample swatch. It is not the color that I thought it would be. I needed a dark navy blue and this sample is more royal blue.

Needed crushed black velvet fabric in a pinch since my primary vendor was OOS. This isn’t the soft as the velvet I usually work with and that may be due to the “panne” nature of the fabric. This will still be great for lining accessories but isn’t my first choice for garments. Shipped quickly and packaged nicely!
