The fabric was just what I needed. But when I purchased it, I paid extra for 3-day delivery. I did not receive it until a week after it was ordered. I needed the fabric for a costume and had anticipated having it by the Thursday or Friday after I ordered it on a Saturday. Instead, it was the following Tuesday. (It was Memorial Day weekend so I took that into account.). When I called to check on it, the lady argued with me that they don’t offer 3 day delivery to my area. I went back on the website and made another order with the same address and it still gave me the option of 3-day delivery. (I took a picture of it.). The only other option I was given was to cancel the order. I needed it so I was forced to just wait for it. I don’t feel I should have been charged extra to have it arrive a week later.
